About this project
Render Works worked with Bay Living to visualise the View Road development in Auckland before it went to market. We started from the approved architectural plans, the lighting plan, and the developer's SketchUp model, and built the interior scenes from there.
We produced a set of photorealistic interior renders, matched to the project's finishes and lighting. We supplied each shot with and without people, so the team could drop the same images straight into listings, signage, and the launch campaign. The renders let buyers picture the living spaces well before the homes were built.
