About this project

Heatherbank is a six-townhouse development by Skyline Developers in Glen Innes, Auckland. Two of the homes face the street and four sit in a row behind them, so most of the development has no street presence to sell from. Working from the architect's approved plans, we produced eight photorealistic renders that give the rear homes a frontage of their own: the shared path and parking, the corner of the back row, and a private garden with its deck.

Inside, the renders cover the open-plan living and dining space, the kitchen, a living room opening to the garden, and a bedroom. Alongside the stills we produced a cinematic video showcase, delivered as a 4K long-form cut in July 2026. Heatherbank is one of several Auckland projects we have produced for Skyline Developers, who bring us their developments as each one reaches the marketing stage.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the Heatherbank project?

Heatherbank is a six-townhouse development in Glen Innes, Auckland, New Zealand. Render Works produced the renders and video showcase for Skyline Developers so the townhouses could be marketed before construction.

What did Render Works produce for Heatherbank?

Eight photorealistic renders covering the street frontage, the rear row and its shared path and parking, a private garden, and the kitchen, bedroom and open-plan living spaces inside, plus a cinematic video showcase delivered as a 4K long-form cut.

How many townhouses are in the Heatherbank development?

Six: two facing the street and four in a row behind them. The render set covers both, including the shared path and parking that serve the rear homes.

Why market townhouses with renders?

Because off-plan buyers decide from the visuals. Photorealistic renders show each townhouse exactly as it will be built, which lets a development like Heatherbank start its sales campaign while the site is still under construction.
