About this project
Render Works worked with Pacific Asia Investment Management to visualise an unbuilt townhouse development in Queenstown before its sales campaign. We took the architect's plans and 3D model and produced five photorealistic renders, two exterior and three interior, showing the homes and their setting.
We matched every finish to the developer's spec: darker grey carpet in the bedrooms and lounge, lighter grey tiles in the bathrooms, and lighter timber floors in the kitchen. That let buyers see how each home would look once built. We then delivered the final renders for the off-plan campaign.
