About this project
Render Works visualised this lakeside development at Lake Hāwea, working from the architect's plans for the homes and the wider site. The brief covered more than individual houses. We rendered the masterplan from the air to show how each lot sits against the lake, along with the communal buildings, the boat house and clubhouse, that give the development its character.
Alongside the aerial views we produced exterior and interior renders of the homes and a long-form cinematic video. We staged the lots so every site reads as having its own view of the water, and refined the drone shots with the team until the layout and the lake setting came through clearly. The finished renders and video gave the project a complete picture to take to market.
