About this project
Render Works worked with Fruition Developments to visualise a townhouse development on Princes Street East in Otahuhu ahead of its sales campaign. We took the architect's plans and produced a set of photorealistic renders across the development, a mix of exterior and interior, plus a long-form cinematic video that walks through the project.
We built each render to match the plans and the specified finishes, so buyers could picture the homes before construction started. After working through the drafts with the team, we delivered the final renders and the video for the campaign.
