About this project

Render Works worked with Cole Wenmoth to visualise a townhouse development at Lemon Street in New Plymouth ahead of its sales campaign. We produced a set of photorealistic renders across the development, a mix of exterior and interior, along with a long-form cinematic video that walks through the project.

We built the renders to the real specification, down to the finishes: white front doors, exposed-aggregate concrete to the driveway, a black exposed-aggregate letterbox panel, and natural timber retaining. Drone imagery set the homes in their street and surroundings. We worked through the drafts with Cole, made his changes, and delivered the final renders and video for the campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Who developed Lemon Street?

Lemon Street is a townhouse development in New Plymouth, built by Cole Wenmoth. Render Works visualised it ahead of the sales campaign.

What did Render Works produce for Lemon Street?

We produced a mix of exterior and interior renders, drone imagery, and a long-form cinematic video. The renders were built to the real specification, down to the white front doors, exposed-aggregate concrete driveway, and natural timber retaining.

Can the renders match the real finishes?

Yes. For Lemon Street we built each render to the specified finishes, so the images matched what would actually be built. That is what lets buyers trust what they are looking at.
