Yes. The Molyneux aerials are photomontages: we composited the finished homes into drone photographs taken over the actual Cromwell site, matching the camera angle, light and composition. Buyers see the development with the real basin, neighbours and hills around it. Supplying the drone photography early makes this straightforward.
Do you render single homes as well as developments in Central Otago?
Yes. Lanes Road at Bridge Hill, Alexandra is a single architectural home. We produced a dusk aerial, a sunset exterior, the kitchen and the lounge, plus close-up detail renders, all from the owner's model and written brief.
Have you worked with the same Central Otago developer more than once?
Yes. RAM Projects commissioned the launch campaign for Rocks on Holloway in Cromwell, then came back for Molyneux. The second brief could go straight to the new site and its finishes, because the look and the sign-off process were already set.

Yes, with the right camera positions. The Lanes Road home sits on a 6,244 m² hillside section, so a street-level view would miss the point. We used an aerial looking down on the outcrop and a lower sunset view along the deck as it projects over the slope.
