Rogers Street
Sydenham, Christchurch, New Zealand

About this project
Rogers Street is a development of four two-storey townhouses in Sydenham, Christchurch. Each home has a steep gable, white panel cladding set against dark vertical weatherboards, and its own garage. We produced six photorealistic renders: the street frontage, the corner, a rear patio, the living room through to the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The renders were matched to the developer's specification schedule, from the FlaxPod Colorsteel roof and window joinery outside to the oak kitchen joinery, stone benchtop, carpet and tiles inside. Complimentary close-up renders were supplied with the set, which was delivered in September 2026.

Six photorealistic renders: two exteriors of the townhouses from the street, a rear patio, the living room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Complimentary close-up renders were included for social media.
