About this project
Flaxmere is a single-storey commercial retail development in Hastings. Two buildings with dark metal cladding and glazed shopfronts face a shared car park, laid out with landscaped islands and pedestrian crossings. We produced two photorealistic exterior renders from the design model.
The brief asked for the client's tenant branding and signage to appear on one of the buildings, so the renders show the shopfronts as they will look once trading: signs up, lights on, cars parked and people walking between the stores. The final images were delivered in September 2026.
