About this project
Browns Road is a pair of contemporary two-storey homes in Merivale, Christchurch, one at the front of the section and one behind it. The upper floors are pale rendered boxes over timber and dark detailing, set back behind a clipped hedge and a slatted fence. We produced seven photorealistic renders: the street exterior, a private courtyard, and five interiors.
The brief called for six views: the street and north aspect, the courtyard, the kitchen and living space in the back home, the main bedroom, the media room and the bathroom. We added a second kitchen view looking at the island, and supplied close-up detail crops of the outdoor sofa, the brass basin, the island tap and the bedroom's leather chair for social media. The final images were delivered in August 2026.
