About this project
Ludlow Terrace is an eight-home development in Tōtara Vale on Auckland's North Shore: a row of seven three-storey townhouses and one standalone home at the end of a shared driveway. The homes pair light brick on the lower levels with black vertical cladding above, and each one has parking at its front door.
The brief suggested ten views and left the final angles to us. We produced ten photorealistic renders: an aerial over the surrounding streets, four exteriors covering the terrace, the driveway and the street corner, and five interiors of the living rooms, kitchen and bedrooms. A cinematic landscape film and a set of short social clips were delivered with the stills in July 2026.
