About this project
Drake Street is a residential redevelopment in Freemans Bay, a short walk from Victoria Park and Auckland's CBD. New apartment levels rise above the existing dark brick floors, topped with terraces that look out over the city. Working with a private developer, we rendered the finished building in its real streetscape: the drone view is a photomontage, so buyers see the building between its actual neighbours rather than floating in an empty scene.
Inside, the renders follow the specified finishes room by room. Travertine bathrooms, a marble shower, a suspended fireplace beside the spiral stair, and a double-height living space that opens to the level 5 terraces. We produced twelve full renders, a set of close-up detail shots, and a cinematic video showcase, refined with the developer and delivered in June 2026.
